I want to connect a modem to my HCS Supervisory Controller. How do I connect it?

*5,6,8,20 -----------------> 4,7 ---------------- 4,20
        7 ------------------  5  ----------------  7

*-These connections are made on the Supervisory Controller
PCB so connection to only one of these pins is necessary.
